PC Solutions provide IT support services for the small and medium sized business. We have been operating for six years and cover East Sussex, Kent and London. We monitor servers proactively, which in the IT world means through the use of monitoring software. We install an agent onto the relevant machines and get full health reports every 15 minutes. More often than not we spot the problem before you even know about it.
At all times we believe that communication is key. We like to meet up at least once a quarter to have discussions about how things are going, both from our point of view and yours.
